Totally amazing.When I try out weight loss apps.They always don't work because I don't really commit to them.But this one, this one I can commit to cause I have set reminders for me a , and I always wanna compete them, I don't want to have to do another one just for to do like 28 exercises is one.So I think this is a really good app , and you should download it. 😃👍👍👍

after putting my profile in, the exercise plan was way too difficult for me to do, as a beginner. I requested a refund for the subscription and was denied. Now I'm stuck with an app that I had to pay for to use, even though it comes up as free. Not a happy consumer!

Hi Ronda! Sorry for the confusion. Please note the basic version of our app is completely free — just tap "X" to close the purchase page and access all workouts on the "Training" page. It’s normal for beginners to find it challenging at first, but with regular practice, it will get easier! Any other requests, please contact us via "Me -> Feedback".

I love that I was given the chance to rest and prepare for the next moves. The timing for exercises are great since it is not too long to keep me safe. The music are just right and motivating. I love the instructions and the voice behind it. This may be my 1st day of exercise but since I was just beginning again (I was an Aerobics Instructress way back 1992 to 1995) in my 57th year, this is just right for me.
