I needed a boost to remind me to exercise and quick and easy workouts that I didn't have to think about or plan out myself. This app fits the bill. It is not fancy (unless maybe when you pay for the premium option), but it works for me. The workouts have been just challenging enough that I am already seeing progress 1 week in, but not so challenging that I can't finish them or am horribly sore afterwards. Plus it's free!

The exercise aspect seems okay in terms of types and reps, but have done nothing to help me lose weight - even when taking the muscle gain to fat loss into consideration. The meal plan is awful though. It appears to have been written by a poorly informed A.I. The 'meals' are limited and very repetitive. Also, who would make a meal pairing of only "berries & fish/seafood" or "grapefruit/orange & beans"?? It is not properly nutritionally balanced over the the course of a week.

despite all the ads it's actually a great app into fitness if you're a beginner or trying to start backin into working out. it does a good job keeping you accountable and tracking consitancy at the gym. they have videos in case you're not sure how do certain moves and have recommendations during the workout to make it easier or harder.
