Update: I am within 1.7 lbs of my goal! Thanks in part to this ap!This app is just what I wanted. Easy to install and set up. The exercises are enough for a beginner to feel challenged but not overwhelmed. I am on day 4 and love it šŸ’Ŗ Update 2/14/25. Finished 30 days of Level 1. Now on Day 3 of Level 2, and OH YES I feel the burn! If you need a program to keep you motivated and challenged, this is it! If a 65 yr old gramma can do this - so can you ā˜ļø

after a few a couple of months use... No, you can't really use this this app to work out at your own pace. the app just counts and moves with or without you. even if it has good workout routines and visuals, this is a killer feature. I would give it 2 stars, but it is really 1 star because a lot of reviews are talking about this point exactly. check the reviews with 2 stars before paying for the full version. it is all about this.

Simple, easy and effective. I'm So Impressed with this App so far and I've just started. It goes quite in depth honestly. You can have your other apps play music while you train as well, while you listen for the prompts. I'm really really impressed. Ads are no problem either, infact the developer has a great User Interface so they don't get in the way at all. Good job. Looking forward to getting through my 1st Month. Let's Do This!!!
