I use it all the time. Lovely app. Easy to use. Great variety of shops. A small few of the shops are not reliable. Insta Shop customer service is very poor. 2 years ago it was PERFECT..has seen a steady decline since then. If customer service was improved..it would definitely be a 5 star service.

Good, but not getting better. Supermarkets dont keel inventory updated so users end up ordering items which are out of stock. I have suggested Instashop to automate that issue by showing products out of stock for all users, once the store says 'out of stock' for an order, until the store reconfirms they are back in stock.. but after years I've given up. Great service overall, but the app isnt developing and I'm still having the same issues years later.

Very poor service. I called several times, but they kept cutting the call and didn't answer. There was no response or update about the delivery. I waited until the delivery time mentioned in the app, but nothing arrived. Extremely disappointing.
