I don't like the new changes, like why is my loading screen white now? And what's up with the black search bar thingy when you scroll down on the home page, that's so annoying. Also that the time, notifs of my phone, etc. isn't vanishing kinda sucks too. Yes, the more detailed icons on the recently updated works are a great idea and it's lovely, but other than that I think it was better before. The things I mentioned would be better if they were optional honestly, like changeable in settings.

I've had this app since 2017 and I love it! or should I say, I used too. Honestly, Webtoon has been going down hill this last year, especially the last few months. First of all, there's a HUGE increase in ads and popups which overall bring down the experience. Sticking ads in every corner makes the app look cheap. I've also noticed discrimination in what kind of series are being published and promoted. Lately it seems like only classic manga art styles are being published. Bring back diversity!

Not sure what happened. I've been using this app for years, the website even longer, and for some reason it's suddenly stopped loading episodes correctly. Different parts will glitch and cause the story to be unreadable. It's driving me crazy, what happened? Also the ads have suddenly gotten much worse. Instead of them being optional to get coins or read new episodes early, they're shoved in your face, too. Disappointing. You're better off finding comics elsewhere online.
