It's a great app. After last update I had to delete the app both on mobile and watch (although I think the issue was on the watch), reinstalled it, added the feeds again, and got back to work. Before the new installation it couldn't even show me the downloads I already had, let alone new podcast.

Thanks for letting me know. The last update had a lot of changes but not sure what exactly caused this issue.

took the money for subscription and doesn't work properly, have to reinstall the app Everytime I want to move songs to my pixel watch, all the other things are not working and not optimized, poor app, only to move few songs to the watch it can barely do that

I have bought the premium version. One issue was it just stayed in settings on the pixel watch. Restarting the watch did not fix, but restarting my phone and resyncing Wear Casts fixed. I find this much better to use on my pixel watch than Spotify for podcasts.

You probably opened the watch settings from the phone. See if you can Force Close Wear Casts on your watch or reboot your watch, should reset the app.
