It works as intended. Keeps ping more consistent where hardware and connection may be an issue. The only drawback I've observed is that it seems to overclock what you got, and the effect for touch games is the battery and screen heat up and make control input unresponsive on one side. All in all though, it's simple and works better than other similar apps which are meant to achieve the same purpose, yet, do not.

Tested it with and without. Doesn't look like it make any difference. FPS setup is useless and it doesn't do a damn thing; the transition of each frame are determined by an app's own system, so if said app can't adjust its own frame rate (I.e 30fps to 60fps) then 3rd party app will most likely cannot. I would say that it was a waste of money, but then it is cheap, so I won't complain 😂 But there is a premium offer; wonder if it's any different. 🤔

Pointless notifications. Although it seems to work, it takes the same amount of time to complete every action just to give a sense that it's actually doing something. In previous updates where it would "scan" every app, If you clicked "scan" and then went back and immediately scanned again, it would instantly be finished with everything without actually doing anything. In short, while it seems to work, the app includes many pointless, time-wasting actions.
