Just will not accept payments. Tried more than one card and keeps failing and this isn't the first time. How are you supposed to purchase anything when the app is useless. On top of that, I did manage to sort the problem out (without their help) ordered an item which subsequently went missing. DH Gate mediated and we're less than useful, not only did they steal my money they ignore correspondence. Avoid and save your money.

This is 1 of the worse app. I have had it for years. And out of no were. My account was closed. I made another account only to be able to see why my account was close. Well for no reason they went on to ask for 6 numbers of my card. Witch was provided they responded back only to say. They can't reopen/ fix my account. They say due to going agent policy sum. My account was closed. I then was told to remake another account and use a different card. I did exactly as I was told. Closed th

I found out that some of the things I purchased can not be sent to a PO Box. The seller asked that I change the address on the order to a physical address, but there is no way for me to edit it on the actual order. I tried to use the customer service chat feature to get help, but when I tried to type in the issue the suggested questions block would cover the send button so I couldn't submit my issue. The sellers themselves have been nice enough, but trying to get help is a hassle
