Fine for domestic travel, awful for international. I've been flying with Delta for over 15 years. I generally like their service, on-time record, and crew. However, check-in for transatlantic travel simply throws a generic error. In 50% of the cases I can check in through the website, but only when flying from the US to Europe. EU to US simply never works. It's been nearly 2 decades of me making this trip... this has never worked. The app is a joke. -5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

so far the app has been useless for me. I was unable to check in using the app, so had to use a browser. Now that I'm at the airport and through security you'd think the app would be updated and be able to give me boarding time and a boarding pass, but no... it's still prompting me to check in. So good thing I have the old fashioned print boarding pass.

It's a good thing I'm old and chose to also print my boarding passes! App worked great up to the point I needed to board, then required me to login all over again despite my settings set up to save that information and use biometric login. Then, couldn't retrieve my trip and asked me to try later. Super helpful when trying to boad a plane!
