It was Nice for MTN to think about making this app. It's a big step to digitalization. But the fact that I'm not able, to screenshot my proof of payment, beats the whole idea and purpose of thi app. A lot needs to be done to perfect this app. When I pay, the Receiver's name is not shown on the receipt. Just the receiver's MoMo number. The app is secure, and it works, so I rate it 1 Star for functioning.

Quite frustrating, the app has been working well until recently, when I am logged out, and each time I try, I am told that I don't have a secure connection. I've tried hotspotting, wifi, and data, and nothing works. I have cleared cache and re-download the app. To top it off, I can't seem to reach any MTN support center, whether on call online.

The app has become very slow lately. Also, I really wish the security experience could be improved. Rather than giving the impression that one is still logged in, only to be forced to start over from scratch after having already filled in all the transaction information. Maybe after a lapse in usage, just request the pin again without starting afresh, or just don't give the user the false impression that they're still logged in by giving access to certain screens. Thanks. Edit: Very many bugs.
