I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

It's great when it's working. It freezes all the time so I have to uninstall and reinstall it way too often. since I haven't had time to look at other AI apps to help me learn, I've been stuck with this one. It's getting worse. I have to reinstall it more often now.

Having similar problems as everyone else it seems. App needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled every time I open it. Other than that it works fine but the un/reinstall process defeats the purpose of checking your work in a pinch. This problem seems to be occurring on any and every mobile device I've tried. I haven't tried the web version but I rarely need it when I'm by a computer.
