Mostly good app with cheap items. Some sellers are scammers where the item seems to get lost during shipping and never arrives. This has happened too many times to be bad luck. Some ads are also very misleading and the item doesn't work as advertised. Customer support is terrible and they actively try to stall you or mislead you.

A good app to move around in to search for items, you don't always get what you wanted in the search. A big issue is the numbered store sellers operating, with false advertising. There are quite a few, which give the app and Ali Express a bad name, and shopping a nightmare experience. Refunding an item is a nightmare, and you don't get full refunds which should be made to the amount purchased in full to the customer by the store seller for false advertising and sending incorrect items. BE WARY

yeah you could add a message icon to the app. I don't see any messages at all. that bell icon does not show direct messages. I click on the item I brought and it doesn't say I have a message. not even in email. Only time I see a message from a seller is when I click on "contact seller" to message them and messages come up from them trying to contact me
