Very disappointing experience with this App in Vernon BC. My wife continually was getting payment information declined for an 'unknown reason' (according to the app). We used many different credit cards all of which worked fine for me but not for her. She also tried Google Pay, which just fine for her other apps but to no go. customer service was throughly unhelpful. I have hardly ever left a negative review but this was a real poor experience that kept us from a fun activity we had planned :(

Everything stopped working from the last update. The app logged my out and every time I try to connect, it responds with an error. After contacting the supoort team, they responded with some general guide making me understand they really don't understand the problem. Even thought that my experience with the scooters is excellent, it is essential to fix the recent issue.

After you start the ride in the app, and while they are charging you by the minute, the scooter doesn't work when you press the accelerator button on 2 different scooters in the raw I tried. Therefore, I had to end the ride on the first 2 & start yet a 3rd one. However, they still charged me money for the start/end of the first two that didn't work at all. What a scame busines model, never using their service again!
