I did the whole 90 days and the results are impressive. Thank you! Also there are 2 issues I want to mention: 1. The exercises of the advanced section were usually hard for me to do them properly, so they didn't have the desired impact. I think if I was able to do them properly I'd feel much more exhausted. Because of that, I usually didn't give a high score on how much I feel exhausted, and I guess that caused the app to not make them easier. 2. Please specify a proper weight for dumbbells.

I've started and stopped on this plan a couple times when the app was still new. I came back to it a couple months ago just to have a tangible plan for keeping in shape and the new features like telling it if a workout was too easy or too hard so it scales to your level makes it so much better. I'm almost at the end of the intermediate course, and while I don't have a chiseled six pack I do have pretty clearly defined abs and almost no gut, which is a huge improvement from where I started.

Just started today, and I already love it! The workouts are super easy to follow, and I like that no equipment is needed. It really pushes you but still feels doable. The app layout is clean, and the animations + voice guidance help a lot. I’m excited to keep going and see results. Definitely recommend it if you’re starting your fitness journey or want to get your abs in shape at home!
