unbearable ads, by the time you make it to around level 60 they start dumping ads in every other game that take 3 screens to skip, plus ads at the bottom of the screen every game. Then they want to charge you $6 to get rid of the ads. it's so ridiculous that games do this and tends to cause me to uninstall them because it just gets so annoying. I play plenty of games that I can go back to that don't have ads with paywalls, just going to have to look for another tile game

I really like the game, and have worked through 50+ scenarios. However, the game has stopped working. It will no longer launch. 😪 I cannot get to the Settings, as suggested by the developer, because the app won't launch. And I have already written to the "help line" - twice! Make that 4 times, without even an acknowledgment of receipt! Months have passed, with no response to any of my emails. Game still won't launch, so I have to delete it. Too bad!

Dear Roth, we're truly sorry. To help resolve it, please try clearing the cache of the Tile Family app or uninstalling and reinstalling it. After launching the app again, a “progress conflict” pop-up should appear—please tap the “sync” button and check if it has been restored. The game was easy, and then it got challenging with every level. It can take a while to get even 1 point, and there are some issues. When you're forced to watch an ad to get more space or coins, and you watch the ad, then you X out of the ad, it usually goes right back to the beginning of the game and you lose your progress for that particular level. Plus, the ads for Temu are obnoxious, and when you try to X out, it takes you right to their site, and again, you lose your progress. Still fun!
