Very good application. Perfect category of each muscle and the workouts for them. The only sad thing is that it doesn't count calories unless you're an upgraded user ( which is impossible for me to pay and upgrade because of payment system of the country that I'm living in). So I have to guess the calories I burn during my workout and it's not so accurate. But in general the app is pretty good!👏👍🏼 I like it!

The app is very good. I am having trouble understanding the stimulation of the exercise especially if it is a static movement. The pictures don't help with how we should perform the exercise. Can the developer please fix. I am a beginner and it would help to see the movement performed clearly. Other than that it's pretty good so far.
