this is mostly cause it's free. I didn't like how quickly it went from exercise to exercise, immediately, until I added some time. I noticed that I couldn't add time to get into position to the warmup exercises, so I turned them and the cool down exercises off. what's the point of I'm fumbling into position and miss 75%of the exercises anyway, right? other than that, it is great.

July 23 First time. Just right. Very clear instructions. The right level to start with. Will check back after some time. Used it some more. Aug 23 Still like it. Would like to see a stretch regime build into it so you can combine that with the plank. Also would like an option of a lifetime use cost. Thanks and keep up the good work. Discounted rate displayed now. Is this monthly or one time?

Thank you for your feedback. The final part of the daily training plan, "cool down," consists of post-plank stretching exercises. Additionally, our app has only one paid feature, which is ad removal, and it is a one-time subscription. After subscribing, you can enjoy an ad-free experience for life. It's really nice app with a good idea behind. I've finished my first monthly challenge and it was fun, I've even never missed a day! :) However, the app is far from perfect: 1) the difficulty increases dramatically within a month (you must be able to hold 2 minutes in a simple plank besides (!) other exercises on a beginner level at the end of the month; 2) I haven't found, where to pay for the ads-free version - ads are extremely annoying :(
