Used it for many years non stop for money transfer. It was good, even though UBL will hold money transfer to earn more interest / profit if rate change is expected ( They call it : Further Verification required). Suddenly it now needs location permission. Why? No idea. You can't use app without location permission. Stopped using app and bank services. Wise, Remetly are faster and quick. Never held any transaction.

I'm re-editing my comments because the issue with my app has not yet been resolved. After my first comment, I received a call and an email from UBL team informing me that the issue had been resolved. I sent the full details via a PDF screenshot, and after a second reminder, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I now want to transfer my remittance, but the issue has not yet been resolved. I'm asking you here because this issue has not been resolved on other platforms for two weeks.

I’ve been using this app for a long time, but for the past few months, the feature to transfer money between my own accounts has stopped working. This is a basic and essential function, and it’s frustrating that it hasn’t been fixed despite reporting the issue to customer support. The app otherwise works fine, but this problem makes it inconvenient for everyday banking. Please resolve this soon—I’d like to continue using this app without switching to another bank.
