I love this app & have used it for years now. I've been to physical therapy many times for various different issues & a lot of these stretches were taught to me by professionals. You get to view the workout routine before you begin & can pause whenever you want. You can even create your own workouts! Only thing I'd add is the ability to transfer data when you get a new phone, to continue tracking my progress & not have to start over.

It wasn't the best. -First off, it has a billion adds. It showcases different exercises for you to do, then makes you watch a 30 second add to use them. It also shows you adds EVERYWHERE ELSE. If you're doing an exercise and you need to watch a instructional video, add. After you finish, add. When you're done exercising, add. They're just everywhere. -Second, it wasn't really what I was looking for. "Morning warmup" is about half exercises, not stretches. If you want to do only stretch, add.
