This has been a huge productivity boon for me. It is a great complete ecosystem for voice to text plus AI summary. The sharing and other app functions make it easy to action the data that is generated. It is NOT restricted to only files from the device which adds tremendous flexibility. The only thing in trying to figure out is how to intercept/record audio from a headset. Looking forward to a new device that can help with that. I use this as an accessibility tool as my hearing is poor.

Just shut up and get it. Dude, I spent a year putting random sh*tty free programs together, only to end up doing paid versions of all of them once I experienced "growth". At the end of the day I spent a couple of hours editing and consolidating all of my sales notes. Literally with this I show up, hit record. Like 95% accuracy on the transcripts in even medium noise environments (think retail, busy office). 100% in Quiet meetings.

i really love plaud, i use it for everything including class lectures and doctor’s appointments. my only gripe is that if you start recording but you realize that the you are in the wrong recording type, it stops recording (light goes white) and even if you press to record again. it will not record. it goes like in a trance and needs to restart or something. after a few min will start recording again. but if i dont pay attention like the first and second time that were very important didnt rec

PLAUD NOTE has two recording modes (CALL/NOTE) with different microphone setups: CALL uses a vibration sensor for phone audio, while NOTE uses air-conduction mics for ambient sound. Switching modes mid-recording forces the device to stop and restart because the hardware must reconfigure. Please set the mode before recording to avoid interruptions.
