I have not done any workout in over 10 years due to laziness and lack of motivation; tried multiple ways to be more active. Decided to try this app and it was perfect for about 10 days. I was in pain and fatigued as I should be, but workouts were short and varied enough to keep my attention and make me want to do them daily. The rest days were a godsend too. Then I noticed the increases that caused times > 7 minutes, even if done quickly (>10 min). Starting to lose interest and motivation now :/

This is a decent rotation and definitely a workout. As a fairly fat man, which the app knows, there is no way some of these rotations can be done correctly at 7 minutes. I have 80 seconds of plank, 30 crunches, and 30 bird dogs. If done as described, that 80 seconds plus a minimum of 30 seconds, plus a minimum of 150 seconds for a total of 260 seconds. That's 160 seconds for the other 5 exercises, switching, and resting. Undoable even if one is in shape. Exhaustion question doesn't do anything

a great app in principle, and I have used it almost since its creation. However, recently the ads have changed substantially, and turned from a mild bother to intolerably long. This happened once before, and the creators pulled back for a couple of years (after feedback?) Maybe Temu just pays so well that it's worth trying again. If there was an option of buy once, or ad-free subscription, I might take it, but there isn't! So I have changed to a competitor... good luck with Temu!
