Mytrip is honestly an app that tries very hard to solve a non existent problem, but ends up creating more in the process. Without doing your own research you can't get any information regarding your flight perks/baggage policy, it's unintuitive to find your personal information on the flight, and you're constantly pushed to use their check in feature which is completely buggy, slow and at the end of the day doesn't work. I was able to finish my check in only by going on the airline site myself.

Awful app. Awful website. Very focused company on grabbing cash with every single possible possible way. THIS COMMENT IS ABOUT THE APP AND THE WEBSITE being constructed poorly. Unable to add my Frequent Flyer Number, because no such FFP. Well according to staff AND the app. Purchased recent ticket 4 days ago, and still no ticket.. At least the email does say can take 8 days to be issued. Really!! I only use the app/website when they have fares that even the airline cannot match!

I do not recommend dealing with Mytrip to book flights I booked two airline tickets for me and my wife, but a technical error occurred on the booking and my wife's name was repeated on both tickets, customer service misled me and told me that the airline would resolve the matter as soon as I contacted them, but after many attempts with the airline, I found that I have to cancel the tickets. I requested to cancel, but they they deducted more than $300 from me, including about $60 as a commission
