I installed it thinking it was a free converter for files, but turns out its anything but. I somehow managed to do one, convert from a pdf to word, then, after that, it told me id have to start paying £11 a month, £99 for the year and i just thought, no thanks. Free trials should be that, without any binding commitment before or during that trial period.

downloaded this pdf app after a long time of searching for pdf apps that don't require me to pay a lot of money for simply wanting to create pdfs once in a while , and at first I was happy with the app because unlike many others it didn't require me to pay to use it until today all of a sudden my " free trial is over" so I guess it's just like all the other ones.

They don't have good support. They charged me for full year even when I try to cancel my subscription on the same day as the charge was made. They are not following the law of the country where they are providing services and not answering emails and no support is provided for failing to follow the consumer law. In Germany , there is still a buffer period of 14 days by default if the service is not used and they are not even considering 0 day. Case is filled in European online dispute center.
