Greed made this app worse. I paid for the annual subscription in 2023, and then it changed to monthly before my year was up. I canceled because of the short notice of me paying monthly and disregarding my annual subscription. After that, more options I liked and was willing to pay for later started to disappear. Now, the responses are repeating, which made no sense. Genie started out as a really good app and a great annual subscription. Now, it is slow, expensive, and glitches.

DON'T PAY for an annual subscription. I paid,but have limited access. Customer service ignoring my emails. I used the app 2023/2024, and had unlimited access.I continued my annual membership for 2024/2025. However,I have limited access for the last several weeks. Cant use as much as was before. Nonsense.Tried to contact you, but no reply! Absolutely not acceptable customer service.I contacted Google for a refund. Unfortunately, due to their policy, they can't refund my money.

Used to be so good. Now, there is "high traffic" constantly. Your subscriptions mean nothing as you are limited to 10 prompts a day as opposed to previously unlimited. What am I paying for? The convenience that the AI models are grouped and can't even get work done because of the limits? You can just download the models they have on their app individually and use them for free. They took something great and ruined it.
