So far (it's only been a couple days), the app seems generally user friendly. You can choose to go onto your routine or choose from multiple workout types! One thing I would love to see is the ability to see which workouts you've completed so you don't accidentally do the same one over like I did😸. I love that the workouts are gentle for the most part of you can't do a lot on your feet. (The strength days aren't chair yoga days, but they're not that difficult.) Hope you have fun!

Worse app ever. I kept sending feedback, emails, and searches everywhere to find a link or any button to cancel my subscription!! It's so hard to get to it. yet they managed to deduct 39.99 USD. I paid 15 dollars as a trial . They keep trying to get the 39.99 many times each month, but since the card has no enough sufficient, the process get cancelled until they overcharge my visa. shame on you doing this to anyone.

This app is a scam! signed up via a Facebook Ad, was sent an email with "Plan" and a link. went via link expecting to be taken to the app download and was taken to a website page where extras were offered. on clicking to see what the extras are, I was automatically charged an extra £59.95, this was not authorised!!!!!! Cancelled all subscriptions and contacted customer service who have refused a refund so have taken it up with PayPal. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
