it randomly stops playing my music about 20 times a day. the past 5 months. sometimes 6 times in a single song. and when I open my phone, the song has reset to the beginning. and I have to restart and find my place again, just for it to do this again a minute later so I never end up finishing the song. repeat. no other blue tooth devices do it when connected to my phone, changed data providers and WiFi so it's not that, updated my music streaming services. they aren't the problem. it's these.

The options on the app are really impressive, like how to use the earbuds or how to reset the earbuds or that it can find the earbuds and etc. But unfortunately, it doesn't connect to my earbuds. I really wanted to know how much battery they have, but it doesn't connect. I reset my bluetooth connection. I reinstalled the app, but it doesn't work. I was wondering if you could help me.

I'm disappointed this app no longer supports my Gear Icon X. I love these earbuds because it provides the freedom to ditch my phone and still enjoy my music during workouts. Since upgrading my phone, I found this app no longer supports all Samsung products. I'm very disappointed and will think twice about continuing to support this brand.
